Customer Reviews

Reviews are submitted through a private link tied to a completed booking. A Verified booking badge means the review is linked to that booking. We publish genuine positive and negative feedback using the same standards.

We prohibit fake reviews and do not offer incentives. Reviews may be held or removed for suspected fraud, spam, irrelevant content, abuse or disclosure of private information. A low rating alone is not a reason for removal. Moderation decisions are recorded internally.

The rating uses all eligible published company reviews on this website, rounded to one decimal place. Driver feedback and third-party ratings are not combined into it. Featured reviews are an Admin-selected subset; the full published company history is available here.
