- Move date, time preference, inventory, crew and service choices

- Files or photos submitted through a supported enquiry, complaint or application upload form

- Where appropriate, attendance evidence, item counts and condition, collection or delivery photos, and customer or authorised-adult confirmation or signatures
- Booking reference, quoted total, payment plan, payment status, amount paid, remaining balance and Stripe transaction or Checkout Session reference
- Technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website
Up to six optional JPG, PNG or WebP booking photos may be uploaded with a booking. They are stored in private file storage, linked to the relevant booking and made available only through authorised server-side access. Files sent through supported contact, complaint or application forms may likewise be stored with the relevant submission.

Online quote calculations use the journey and booking details you provide. If you believe a quote is wrong, please contact us so it can be reviewed.
Payments
Online payments are handled on Stripe-hosted Checkout in Stripe Sandbox while this private website is being tested. Card or wallet credentials are entered with Stripe and are not stored by this website. We store the booking and payment information needed to reconcile the transaction, such as the Checkout Session or payment reference, amount, payment plan and status. Stripe processes information under its own privacy notice.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only where needed to provide or protect the service, process a payment, comply with the law or handle a legal claim. Current providers and recipients may include:
- Authorised drivers or crew, limited to information needed to carry out and document the booked service
- Stripe for hosted payment processing and payment verification
- Supabase for customer authentication and account recovery
- Cloudflare and the website hosting, database and file-storage services used to operate the private website
- Address and route services used to validate postcodes and calculate journeys; these services receive location data needed for the lookup, not your account password
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect legal rights
Cookies and similar technologies
The current private website uses essential cookies for customer sign-in and session security. Customer authentication cookies are protected with appropriate browser settings and have limited lifetimes. No non-essential advertising or analytics tracker was found in the current private website code. If non-essential analytics or marketing technology is introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before use.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide and document the service, maintain an account, meet tax, accounting or other legal duties, resolve disputes and protect the website. The exact period depends on the type of record and any applicable legal requirement. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised. A fixed business retention schedule is not currently stated on this website and should be confirmed by the business before the private website is made public.
