The quote covers the agreed items. If extra items are added on arrival, they must be checked for van space and may cost more. We do not take garden clearance in this service, so do not include soil, branches, fencing or other garden waste.

Keep small items together and make a clear route to the entrance. Empty fridges, cupboards and drawers before collection unless another arrangement has been agreed.
For upper-floor properties, say whether the lift is large enough for the item and whether building rules limit moving times. Photos of tight stairs or large appliances help prevent delays.
